Home Ministry has not given permission to open school-college
In fact, there was a report in a section of the media that the Ministry has given permission to open schools in all the states, after which this statement was issued by the Home Ministry spokesperson. A Home Ministry spokesman tweeted, “The Union Home Ministry has not taken any such decision. Opening of all educational institutions across the country is still prohibited. ”Let us know that all educational institutions are closed since mid-March to prevent the spread of Coronavirus infection.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi had announced on March 24 to declare a 21-day lockdown in the country. After this the first lockdown was extended till 3 May and then by 17 May.
