No,as per the rule the staffs of bhartiya mahila will not be recruited from open seat, indeed they were called on deputation from various nationalised banks…I.e. IBPS asked to recruit exclusively women candidates for mahila bank…initially u were recruited for any of 19 nationalised bank, after that sent on deputation to Mahila Bank..
