LIC AAO Cutoff Discussion and Answer Key Analysis, Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has conducted the Assistant Administrative Officers (AAO) exam at various location in India at various dates under Online mode.
This was the first of the exam which was conducted by LIC under online mode. It is expected that around 60,000 students will be appeared for the LIC AAO exam under online mode. Candidates who have appeared in the exam of LIC may share there experiences here.
After reviewing the experiences of candidates who took the exam of LIC AAO , it is believed that the question paper was easier but little tricky. There were many of the question asked in the math and reasoning section were wrong and many of the candidates killed their time in solving these wrong questions.
There were five question in math section from DI were wrong. It is still not clear that how does LIC consider these question in overall scoring of the candidates.
Question of reasoning was tougher to solve as like previous exam of LIC AAO 2009.

Cutoff For LIC AAO 2013
Although the LIC AAO exam not completed yet we expect the cutoff for the exam to go higher as compare to previous year. I expect candidates to share their marks of exam here so that after the exam we may analyze and published the expected cutoff for LIC AAO 2013.
reasoning was not tough , it was lengthy … Infact only reasoning part was good… maths was yuck…
hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhi my lic paper was today morning shift.computer and gk section is easy.english section not easy.reasoning and maths are tome consuming.maths very difficul to attempt 20 question .i have attempt maths-18.english 26,computer-26.gk-26.and reasonong29
i did 23 in reasoning :
22 in maths ;
20 in GK and
22 in computer ;
33 in english
i felt that gk was quite difficult…..
expecting 180/300 (excluding english)……
what should be the cut-off section wise………..
What aboutattempting wrong questions??i dnt remember weather i did it or not bt if i have attempted will i get marks for that??
no need to attempt wrong ques because if the questions are wrong no one wants to attempt because they did'nt find ans.
u need to attempt
i did 135 questions approx and i gave it for the first time..what are my chances..i am very sure of the english, computer,gk and reasoning but my maths section sucked..bt still i managed to do atleast 20 questions..i am expecting around 250 marks so will i get a call??
how many questions you have attempted in english section?
hiiiiiii i too gave exam on 11 may, paper was not much tough.but there i found many students consider that no need of attempting english section as its marks are not gonna count.
i just wanna know that in this case cut off for english would go down and of other 4 like previous time.
expected cut off for english,if some one can suggest.plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
if students have not attempted any question in english section then there is no chance to qualify for aao.
marks of english will not count for ranking but you have to reach the cut off marks for english separately.
i have given lic aao in evening shift today from 2.00 to 4.00 p.m.
g.s. paper was not very hard few examples
..brics mist p.m economic adviser womens bank
computer and english was moderate level
reasoning was very hard.
7 quesrions from puzzle
5 from syllogism
10 from relation,age, and miss.
maths was very challenging..as i have 40 minutes for math but i was finished at 17..as you said correctly few questions was wrong..the first question related to data and pie digram..which consists of 5 question was wrong and i killed 10 min. on that questions..
over all paper was not very easy…
i personally feel that cut off will be low from previous year..as english marks will not be included in final merit list..so the students with hardcore english background will not get benifit from their medium..
and it was first online exam..it will also be a point..many students concentration..was not as good as they were in off line…
i did
19 res.
17 maths
27 g.s.
29 comptr.
30 english..
online exam was not good for reasoning, maths and English portion. it is very difficult to concentrate on computer screen continuously.
many questions were wrong in the paper what will LIC do on these questions nobody knows. exam was conducted in 8 th different session. the paper difficulty level was not same in all sets. i feel this selection process is wrong and is not a good way to select a candidate.
Hi I also had my exam on 11 May, overall GK and Computer were easy. Maths was calculative and tricky. Reasoning question were also difficult. Syllogism questions were difficult and time consuming. One Sitting arrangement question was completely wrong, if u stuck to that its waste of time. I believe cut off would be around 200. If someone can Score close to 200 (GEN) and 160-170(OBC) he can expect a interview call.
are u saying 200 including english or excluding english ?
Without English
