IBPS New Recruitment Notification for Common Written Exam (CWE) 2012. The validity of this year IBPS CWE Clerical examination scorecard is expire by Feb next year. With CWE 2012 , IBPS has come up with new CAT like formula for Online Exam.
This year onward the exam of IBPS Clerks exam will be conducted in Online Mode. This new online approach of exam will more over pull down the interest of aspirants especially from the candidates of small towns.
Common Written Examination (CWE Clerk-II) as a pre-requisite for selection of personnel for Clerical cadre posts in the Public Sector Banks will be conducted online by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) tentatively in December 2012.
Candidates interested in applying IBPS CWE Clerk is required to apply online by eligible candidates have to apply through online from 15-10-2012 to 05-11-2012. This year there is certain change in the recruitment process for CWE Clerks by IBPS.
CHANGE IN RECRUITMENT PROCESS
From this year CWE exam to be conducted by IBPS and Interview for the selected candidates of written test will also be conducted by IBPS itself. Depending on the vacancies in each bank of his preference, candidate will receive through a computerized system an offer from one of the Participating Public Sector Banks listed below.
Vacancies remaining unfilled on account of candidates declining offer, will be filled from among the remaining candidates, through subsequent iterations.This will give wide option in front of such candidates who had scored less as compared to their peers.
This system of Common Written Examination and common interview for recruitment of Clerical Cadre in Participating PSBs has the approval of the appropriate authorities.
Process of Selection in IBPS CWE Clerks
This year onward there is a new concept being implemented by IBPS for recruitment process of CWE 2012. Despite of individual candidates called by various Public Sector Banks (PSB) for interview post, IBPS itself will conduct the interview.
Finally a merit list will be declared by the IBPS based on which the candidates will be get the offer letter from bank of his choice.
