Staff Selection Commission is holding an All India Exam for it’s Combined Graduate Level(Tier–II) of all such candidates who got successful in Tier – I exam.
This Combined Graduate Level(Tier–II) exam was conducted in two section. Exam was conducted on two subjects i.e. Math and English.
This time the Exam for Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level was entirely different than previous year exam pattern. Previous year there was no negative marking and cutoff was about 424.

This year the syllabus of exam was little change, In English there were eight passage which was not there in previous year papers. Math paper was very tough and it is expected that cutoff would be around 50-60.
English paper cutoff will not go beyond 135. It is expected that overall cutoff for Main exams of Combined Graduate Level Tier II exam would not go beyond the 280-300.
If you have appeared in the Tier II exam of SSC and You are expecting to score around 250 To 300 Marks in main exam than start preparing for Interview.

ON 30TH SEPT AFTER 1900 HOURS
hi guys, good news. ssc cgl tier 2 result will be declared on 30 Sept 2011 by 1900 hrs. Total vacancy are 11800 (3800 in group A means interview posts & 8000 in group B means non interview post). Marks of tier I & II will be declared within 3 days of result declared means by 3 Oct 2011. The expected cutoff are :
Gen – 280
OBC – 250
SC – 230
ST – 225
Ex Service Man – 215

For group A & B both yaar. What do u think that the group B cut off will be more down. Not at all man this is for both groups.
Hi Vipin.. I expected a bit more. I don't think below 300 score are going to be called for VIVA in UR catagories.. A good number of students expected 350+ here in Orissa arround me.. I did well in exams too. My score will be 420+ (140+ 165+120).
Dear, I was in Orissa for 4 yrs & I know that Orissa & Bengal Students are intelligents. But u need not to wait for long. You will see that my predicitions will go upto 97% correct. Means cutoff will vary (7 +or -) only. I am not God to predict 100 % correct thats why I keep 7 + – to the predicted scores

don't u think the cut off is too low. well i would want it to be dis way myself but not sure whether it will be good enough for group A posts
.my score in tier1 is 116 n tier2-103 and 98 that comes to total 317 marks ———can i get a interw call for Group A post…….can i get a final selection……..sir its a forth time i am requesting you to reply…..m nt able to get m mind away from this..coz i got very less marks in English…….plz guuide ma n mention m name too…
