Institute of Banking & Personnel Selection (IBPS) planned to conduct All India Single exam which will be known as Common Written Test (CWE) for recruitment to various Public Sector Banks is now executed.
IBPS has come up with the advertisement of Recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO) and Management Trainee (MT) in 19 Public Sector Banks in India.
There are all about 19 Public Sector Banks in India who has joined with IBPS for single recruitment exam except State Bank of India (SBI) who has planned to conduct their own test.

Procedure Of Exam
1. A single Exam Common Written Test (CWE) will be conducted twice in All India
2. A score card will be issued by IBPS to participating candidates. Management Trainee & P.O. Selection will be made by individual bank.
3. Each bank will notify its vacancy separately and the eligibility criteria will be determined by the bank.

Whether you get the confirmation mail or not, If not than your registration had not been done….You lost …
As i had done registration for CWE PO/Management Trainees through the link http://www.ibps.in/html/common.htm , online application has not been registered but my online payment transaction has gone through.
So could you please remit my transaction amount to corresponding bank account.
For your reference : The online transaction has gone through at the time of 23:09:35 on 30/07/2011 through HDFC credit card(Master card) gateway.
You need to talk to HDFC CREDIT CARD customer care for this transaction….

i applied online for ibps po 2011 and taken the printout of online application. but i not get the e-receipt, what can i do, if possible to written the exam with out the e-receipt,
and where i get the e-receipt, and tell me the contact number or the helpline number of the ibps.

is there any minimum score (in each section) and reaching to that level will confirm your selection or will there be any merit or cutt off to be decided later.
being a working girl, cannot attend any preparatiion classes or coachings..pls guide me..

It's as usual like another banking exam..there would be sectional cutoff in each and every section….after clearing the sectional cutoff there would be the merit list…..Preparation depends on individual merit and effort, but I suggest you to prepare regularly 2 hrs a day…..
sir i have filled the online application form for ibps & paid the exam fees using online net banking.The registration was successful,i got the regn id & the password but didn’t got the e-reciept.
plz tell me what to do now? will they allow me to write the exam without the e-reciept?? plz help……

Mr Kapil..Now under any circumstances you would not be able to change your exam center……as per IBPS rule
