Please tell me that what is RTI??and how to file through RTI?

Actually its my 2nd exam only in Banking sector.so i dont have much idea about this.

Please let me know.

Please tell me that is there any link to download offer letter by its website because due to postal problem i even didnt get my interview call letter.so if any one knows regarding this then please let me know.because i know that i wont get my offer letter by post.
