Leading public sector lender Bank of Baroda has been ranked as the best bank of 2010 by Business India magazine .
Addressing the function, State Bank of India Chairman Om Prakash Bhatt said, “Three years before the 2008-09 financial crisis, all the winners of Business India’s best bank awards were private sector banks. Post-crisis, the winners have all been public sector banks. It has taken a global crisis to show that our public sector banks are a throbbing, functioning machine.”
