UFBU has written a letter to IBA chairman Sri Atul Goel for the early settlement of the 12th Bipartite Salary Revision and start the negotiation process. Citing the delay in earlier settlements and ultimate notation loss to the benefits of salary hike to the bank employees due to higher inflation, the union has demanded for the settlement immediately.
