11th BPS Arrears Payment, Latest Updates – The Punjab National Bank Officers Association has written a request letter to AIBOC for taking up the matter with IBA for early implementation. The11th Bipartite Wage Settlement was signed between the IBA and Bankers’ Union in the month of Nov 2020 but the payment of arrears or revised salary has not been introduced yet.
It is also mentioned that the employees may also loose the 5 days PL encashment for the year 2020 as only 24 days are left in this year to complete and they are unable to get the benefits of additional PL encashment.

As per 11th Bipartite Wage Settlement, the encashment of 5 days PL was introduced on any of the festival by the employees. This year the only major festival; left out is Christmas and still there is no news for implementation of guidelines as per 11th BPS.
