All India Bank Employees’ Association (AIBEA) has written a request letter to Indian Bankers’ Association (IBA) for granting permission to Public Sector Banks for making payment of Salary as well as arrears as per 11th BPS Wage settlement. The 11th Bipartite Wage revision was lately signed between IBA and UFBU on 11th Nov 2020 after a three years gap.

The AIBEA has also advised the IBA about the lapses of the benefits for bank employees pertaining to this year if salary is not implemented before 31st Dec 2020.There are certain provisions in the settlement which relates to availment of benefits for the calendar year 2020. This may get lapsed if settlement is not being implemented this month itself.
