Government Instructed IBA & Banks To Start 12th BPS Process – Government of India, Ministry of Finance, banking Division has instructed the CEOs, Chairman & MD of the Public Sector Banks, SBI as well as IBA to initiate the negotiation process for the settlement of the 12th Bipartite Salary revision for the employees of the bank. The instruction has been communicated through Under Secretory to the Government of India.
The sudden move has come after the announcement of the two days strike by the Banker’s Union UFBU at the end of this month. The content of the letter stating :
