11th BPS Arrears Payment to Public Sector Bank Employees – The tribune has published the news for payment of 11th BPS arrears to Public Sector Bank Employees. As per the updates, the government clears the node for payment of arrears of 11th Bipartite Settlement before Dec 10, Bank unions and Indian Bankers’ Association (IBA) signed a bipartite wage settlement with 15% hike on Nov, 11.
Bank employees were expecting to get their arrears before Diwali but it was not done. Now the official notification has been issued by the finance ministry to pay the said arrears before 10th Dec 2020.

As per the said notifications, the increments during the 11th BPS Wage Settlement period shall be released with effect from Nov 11. Earlier a statement issued by the RBI stated that the the performance linked wage structure is also going to be introduced soon.
