11th BPS Wage Revision UFBU and IBA agreed on the 15% hike in the payslip cost for bankers in 11th Bipartite Wage Revision meeting. It was decided in the meeting that there will be a hike of 15% on the salary componenet of the employees of the Public Sector Banks along with other benefits.
Check it now, what would be the proposed Basic pay post 15% hike ?
Note – This is only the basic pay and not the gross salary. The DA figure is not yet arrived.
