5 Days Banking for Public Sector Bank Employees, the revised timing submitted by Officers’ Union i.e. AIBOC, AIBOA etc. to IBA with extended hours of 30 Minutes. The proposed timing submitted by the Union is 9:45 to 5:15 PM including lunch hour. They have also recommended to reduce the cash hours timing with another 1 hour for the promotion of Digital Banking.

Practically, bankers especially Public Sector Bank employees are not much keen on getting it, as being a holiday on 2nd and 4th Saturday, they are forced to work. What do you have to say on this ?
