12th BPS Charter Of Demands preparation started with AIBEA started accepting suggestions from various federations, Unions and other bank wise members. General Secretary of AIBEA Mr. C Venkatachalam has issued a letter to all the such unions and other members for same. The last date for sending suggestion is 20th Sept 2022. Interestingly the 5 Days banking is not a demand for AIBEA in 12th Bipartite Wage Settlement.
12th Bipartite Settlement for Public Sector Bank employees are due on 1st Nov 2022. The 11th bipartite settlement was signed on 11.11.2020 after 3 years, however, some of the demands of unions were kept pending for discussion till April 2022.
