12th Bipartite Salary Settlement to be signed on 11th March 2024 as per letter of negotiation send by IBA to the UFBU. IBA has not yet confirmed the status of the Five Days Banking in the letter of invitation. Even Bankers’ Union are also keeping mum about #5DaysBanking for the bankers.
