11th Bipartite Load Factor Calculator – The salary of Public Sector Bankers are hiked by 15% under 11th BPS. The mutual agreement in this regard was signed on 22nd July 2020 between IBA and Banker’s Union UFBU and others. IBA has also introduced the Performance Linked Incentives (PLI) scheme for bankers based on Operating/Net Profit of the banks. The 11th BPS Salary hike was settled with 15% and Load factor of 2.50%.
