After the declaration of the result of the recruitment of 69 thousand teachers – The honorable Allahabad High Court has heard the challenge petitions on the basis of incorrect answers to the questions is going on since Wednesday. Six petitions, including Anshu Singh and 29 others, were heard by Justice Prakash Padiya of Allahabad High Court.
The petition will be heard on May 28. It was said on behalf of the petitioner that in a similar case the court has sought information from the government. The court has ordered the petition to be presented for hearing on 28 May.
The result of the recruitment of 69 thousand teachers in primary schools has been declared in Uttar Pradesh. After the results were declared, thousands of candidates, who were left behind by one or two marks, took refuge in the High Court due to incorrect choice of questions. Petitions of Sunita and 35 others, besides Amarendra Kumar Singh and 706 others, Manoj Kumar Yadav and 36 others, Anshul Singh and 29 others, will be heard on May 27.
The petitions have been set up before the bench of Justice Prakash Padiya of Allahabad High Court. The petitioners say that in spite of giving correct answers to many questions the answer options are wrong, they have not been ranked in the merit and those who have given wrong answers have been selected.
In these petitions filed in the High Court, it has been demanded that the questions with incorrect answers be removed and the merit list be renewed and the declared result be canceled. Other legal issues have also been raised in the petitions.
