Single Common Eligibility Test for all clerical/subordinates job in India – Budget 2020 proposed a computer-based online common eligibility test for recruitment for non-gazetted or Clerical government jobs. The government has also proposed to set up a National Police University and a National Forensic Science University.
Government will announce this in New Education Policy. Presenting the Budget for 2020-21, Sitharaman said ?99,300 crore has been allocated for the education sector and ?3,000 crore for skill development.
According to new proposals announced in the budget, urban local bodies will provide internship to young engineers for a year so that they get an idea about the functioning of the government.
