Whatsapp has launched the whatsapp business, an android based messaging application for Small businesses and large companies. This newly launched application will boost the connection between customer and businesses. With the app, businesses can interact with customers easily by using tools to automate, sort, and quickly respond to messages.
The WhatsApp Business is available on Google Play in countries like Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, the UK and the US. Whatsapp Business will be rolling out in India also in coming week.
Whatsapp is having an easy interface to create the profile of businesses on Whatsapp Business application. Small companies can set up their WhatsApp Business profiles by filling out information like a business description, email, address and website. Over time, some of these will become “Confirmed Accounts,” after WhatsApp verifies the account phone number it registered with matches the business phone number.
The WhatsApp Business is available as a free download application on Google Play.
