KVS Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum age: 18 years
Maximum age: 65 years

KVS Educational Qualification:

For PRTs : Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or entral Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the CBSE with 50% marks or its equivalent with JBT

For TGTs : Four years’ Integrated degree course of Regional College of Education by NCERT with related subjects applying with at least 50% marks in aggregate or Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks in the related subjects aggregate with B.Ed.

For PGTs : Two years’ regular Integrated M.Sc Course of Regional College of Education in the concerned subject Or Master Degree from a recognized University with atleast 50% marks in aggregate in the concerned subjects.
