IBPS Specialist Officers Syllabus for Exam, Sample Papers

IBPS is conducting all India exam for Specialist Officers in Various Scale under various stream like Marketing, Finance, HR, IT etc. The successful candidates of IBPS CWE exam for specialist officers will be given a weighatage scorecard based on which they will be called for Interview with 19 Public Sector Banks in India.

Syllabus For Officers Marketing, HR, Finance ,Technical Officers and Agricultural Field Officers in JMG -I & IT Officers in Scale  – I,II

1. Test of Reasoning : 50 Marks

2. ENGLISH LANGUAGE : 25 marks

3. QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE : 50 Marks

4. PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE : 75 Marks

NOTE : There will be Negative marking for each wrong answer by 1/4th of the marks or 0.25.

Professional Knowledge covers up the detailed knowledge of area of expertise i.e. the academic knowledge of your studies. This section is very important because the final ranking will be given boost from this section only. Other section will be almost similar to score but the Professional knowledge will add up the total marks.

1. Test of Reasoning : 50 Marks

2. ENGLISH LANGUAGE : 25 marks with 50 Questions

3. Banking Awareness & Current Affairs : 50 Marks

4. PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE : 75 Marks with 50 Questions

The Banking Awareness section covers up the extensive question from the banking and financial sectors like Share Market, RBI Policies etc. A deep study in this section is very important because this section cutoff decide the faith of the exam.
