Staff Selection Commission is holding an All India Exam for it’s Combined Graduate Level(Tier–II) of all such candidates who got successful in Tier – I exam.
This Combined Graduate Level(Tier–II) exam was conducted in two section. Exam was conducted on two subjects i.e. Math and English.
This time the Exam for Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level was entirely different than previous year exam pattern. Previous year there was no negative marking and cutoff was about 424.

This year the syllabus of exam was little change, In English there were eight passage which was not there in previous year papers. Math paper was very tough and it is expected that cutoff would be around 50-60.
English paper cutoff will not go beyond 135. It is expected that overall cutoff for Main exams of Combined Graduate Level Tier II exam would not go beyond the 280-300.
If you have appeared in the Tier II exam of SSC and You are expecting to score around 250 To 300 Marks in main exam than start preparing for Interview.

There are 3131 candidates in the list with marks higher than 354.75 in the ranklist,but only 2173 called for the interview as per above cut off..why???
3131(2173 ur+some sc,st,obc etc who hav got more than 354.75) as it is rank wise list it contains all categories students while 2173 are pure ur candidates

this rule will be applied after final cutoff not in 1+2 cut off when final cutoff/700 comes then quota cand having more than gen cutoff will be considered as ur not now...............ok

It's all depend on the concept of total number of candidates required and candidates called for the interview...
