Staff Selection Commission is holding an All India Exam for it’s Combined Graduate Level(Tier–II) of all such candidates who got successful in Tier – I exam.
This Combined Graduate Level(Tier–II) exam was conducted in two section. Exam was conducted on two subjects i.e. Math and English.
This time the Exam for Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level was entirely different than previous year exam pattern. Previous year there was no negative marking and cutoff was about 424.

This year the syllabus of exam was little change, In English there were eight passage which was not there in previous year papers. Math paper was very tough and it is expected that cutoff would be around 50-60.
English paper cutoff will not go beyond 135. It is expected that overall cutoff for Main exams of Combined Graduate Level Tier II exam would not go beyond the 280-300.
If you have appeared in the Tier II exam of SSC and You are expecting to score around 250 To 300 Marks in main exam than start preparing for Interview.

Prashant looking at last year trend 70-75 marks above Cutoff will get IT/CBI, but since this year due to togh competion I think 85-90 marks above cutoff will place in IT/CBI so just hope for the best......
achha but may i get A post but i have not applied for CSS.
Apart from that IT or CBI or Preventive or examiner or Excise .
Any of the above .....

IT and CBi are the top choice for almost every candidates...After seeing the scoring cutoff of this year which is little higher, it's look difficult since the cutoff of general category was at higher side....

Sir, I have got 342 marks in total (in CGL 2011), i gave my interview on 2nd November. It was Okay. If i get (40+), will i get any post with 4600 Grade Pay ? I am an OBC candidate.

i got 421.5 and 45-50(expected ) of interview. My preferences are ITI,Customs,PO etc what would i get??
first of all tell me what did you analyze ? If your calculation is correct than I let you know it's damn good marks....
they were smiling at the end, i draw ambigrams so they asked me to do that and when i answered one incorrectly, one of the madams even defended me. my interview lasted for more than half an hour..
