• I am a gen candidate and I got 118 in tier1 last year got through tier1, cut off was 115, got 304 in tier2, hence a total of 422 so got a call for Asst. in CSS and Statistical Investigator, cut off for the same was 421, and for other posts like Insp. in Cetral Excise, Insp. IT/AEO, etc. was 424, got 73 in Interview so a total of 495 Got the Post of Statistical Investigator, Final cutoff for Insp. Central Excise 487, Insp. IT/AEO- 497, Asst. in CSS 471, etc..... I was not able to get Central Excise, although I got a total of 495, just because My total after Tier2 was 422 so missed the cutoff at that stage only by 2 marks,........ so everybody just go and take care of your preperations for tier2 else you too can face the same bad luck..... I have given SSC this year also, and i am expecting a call for tier2(if every thing goes well) ..... Plz be serious about the Exam... every post in this exam is a good one.... All the best..

• I think the 65-70 marks will be enough for OBC in ssc CGL tier i

• cut off of general will be 85 to 95 i think so.....................

• cut off will be around 110.26 evening shift question was actually tough.

• where can i get CGL second sitting answer key

• G.K., English and Reasoning were not difficut to answer in the tier -1 exam.If one had attended in an average manner, one could easily have attended around 120 marks.-Sreekumar. P.S.

  • I don't think so...Cut-off of SSC 19th June will not go more than 80 for General candidates...The level of Question were high.....

    • i think the cut off will cross to 120-125. because it is all india exam. it is not state level, or district level exam

      • WHo get this figure may be topper. remember there is a negative marking also.

      If any one of you have knowledge about SSC Combined Graduate Level Tier 1 , regarding cut off for General candidates and the answer key for the same Please make your comments and views available.
      I am very badly in need of feed back of the standard of paper and the no. of questions that could be attempted on an average...Also want to know views on the same because at the end of the day I am feeling very low after making an attempt with loads of hard work !!!

      • Dear, SSC level of exam are different for all the four sitting of exams....On 19th Exam the question paper was little tough in morning shift but average at the second shift...I think student need not to worry since cutoff will be different for different shift.....cutoff would vary from 80-110 for all the four shift of exam..

          would you tell me about cut off for PH/OBC because
          Please saw last year qualified candidate list sr. no. 76
          in which obtained 62+82+46 = 193 and that candidate qualifed
          so please CGL-2011 what is the cut off

          Which sitting did you take? And why are there so many split ups in the sittings for the exam? Does it have any difference?
          What exam are you preparing for ?
