total 150* but not qualify for pet
May be you could not clear english cut off which was 43, though for gs it was 76 :(
dude it cant be true as there are people who have marks lesser than you and have got good ranks,, you can go through some of the forums of this website, i have also verified their names and its true.

Puneet :- 314 rank = 87 gs + 48 eng + 140 inter = 275

It is the discretion of UPSC .We cannot predict it. However ,as usual it may be between may 25 and june 10.
it is fixed 29 may this time 3 day before last year
