Sainik School Entrance Exam – Satara

All India Sainik School Entrance Examination for admission to Class VI and IX standards of Sainik School Satara for the academic year.

Only boys aged between 10 and 11 years  for VI standard and boys aged between 13 and 14 years and studying in VIII std in a recognized school are eligible for admission to IX standard.

Reservations

15% of the seats are reserved for Scheduled Caste, 71/2% are reserved for Scheduled Tribes and 25 % for children of serving/ ex-service defence personnel.

Sainik School Satara Application Form

The prospectus cum application forms for admission at Sainik School Satara may be obtained from the Principal Sainik School Satara, Maharashtra on all working days between 1000-1300 hrs by paying cash Rs. 300/- for General and Defence categories and Rs. 200/- for SC and ST categories.

The prospectus may also be obtained by post by sending an application on plain paper by mentioning address and category along with DD of Rs. 340/- for General and Defence categories and Rs. 240/- for SC and ST categories, drawn in favour of Principal, Sainik School Satara, payable at SBI Satara.
