Admission
Admission to the BA LLB (Hons) course is based on an All India Law Entrance Test conducted by the University. The test will contain objective type questions and short answer (descriptive) and it is held in the month of April. Students must have passed their HSC exam (10+2) or its equivalent. There are 100 seats for the BA LLB course.
Course Structure
Teaching Methodology – In addition to the classroom lectures, tutorial group discussions, assessment programs, practical training programs are held, where the students are attached in District Courts, High Courts and Supreme Courts. Organization of legal literacy programs in collaboration with other institutions like – Consumer Forum, Center of Adult Education etc.
College Infrastructure
Library – The library is in the process of being fully computerized and equipped with modern facilities and a large number of books and journals. At present the library contains 24000 books. The research scholars are having full facilities to make use of the seminar library for their higher studies.
