The National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi has invited applications in the prescribed form for admission to the LL.M. Degree Course in (1) International Trade Law; and (2) Constitutional and Administrative Law.
There will be 6 seats each for the course. The course will be spread over a period of two academic years (4 Semesters) and will be offered under the credit and semester system. The minimum qualification for admission shall be a pass in the 5 year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Degree Examination of the National University of Advanced Legal Studies or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with a minimum of 50 % of the total marks in the aggregate. However, those who have appeared/are appearing for the final year/ semester examination shall be eligible to submit application for admission. They shall have to produce proof of having passed the qualifying examination, before or at the time of interview, along with the detailed mark sheets.
Admission shall be based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination (Maximum 50 marks) the performance in the Entrance Test to be conducted by the University (Maximum 40 Marks), and performance in the Interview (Maximum 10 marks). Application forms can be obtained from the office of the NUALS during working hours.
Application form can also be downloaded from the NUALS Website www.nuals.ac.in. DD for Rs. 1,000/- (Rs. 500/- in respect of SC/ST students) drawn on any bank payable at Kochi, towards Registration Fee shall also be submitted along with the filled-in application form. Reservation of seats shall be as applicable to SC/ST and Backward and Other Backward candidates as prevalent in the professional courses in the State of Kerala.
