  • the hon'ble supreme court in Islamic Academy case at para nine made a passing observation as regards the difficulties faced by the private managements in case if a student opts out during the middle of the course.but, there is no mandate under the judgement permitting the managements to insist upon bank guarantee towards the fee for the remainder part of the course.recognising impart of education as commercial is different and permitting commercialisation of education. the state government concerned must come out with specific rules prohibiting such nafarious practices by the private college managements. but unfortunately, private managements are strong enought to influence everybody including the legislators and the governments and some times the courts also by engaging efficient and seniour advocates which facility the poor students lack.this issue must be raised before the hon'ble supreme court and seek guidance to save merit which is of paramount importance in professional courses.

No academically eligible candidates are seen in the list of these nasty Assn. including CSI . iTS A HISTORICAL CHEETING.

    • I think this is not legally right to ask for bank guarantee from the student by College....Bank guarantee are asked for Business contract or transaction for financial security......

I surprise why the Commissinor of entrance exam is seeking options for BDS from students before filling the MBBS seats in the self financing colleges. What is the futue of the student who is waiting for the govt seat in the self finacing medical colleges?
